QuoteHub is a free referral service that connects homeowners with local roofing contractors. We do not provide roofing services ourselves. When you submit a request, we share your information with contractors in our network who may contact you.

3. User Representations

By submitting a quote request, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The information you provide is accurate and complete
• You are the property owner or authorized to request quotes for the property
• You consent to be contacted by phone, email, or text message by contractors and QuoteHub

4. No Guarantee of Quotes

While we strive to connect you with qualified contractors, we do not guarantee that you will receive quotes, or that the quotes you receive will meet your expectations. QuoteHub is not responsible for the quality, timeliness, or pricing of services provided by third-party contractors.

5. Contractor Relationships

Contractors in our network are independent third parties. QuoteHub does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any contractor or their work. Any disputes between you and a contractor must be resolved directly with that contractor.

6. Consent to Communications

By submitting your contact information, you expressly consent to receive phone calls, text messages, and emails from QuoteHub and participating contractors. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by following the instructions in the communications or contacting support.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuoteHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless QuoteHub and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
